KAYSERİ METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY SUPPORT SERVICES DIRECTORATE Animal Feed Procurement will be tendered by open tender procedure in accordance with Article 19 of the Public Procurement Law No. 4734, and offers will only be received electronically through EKAP. - 20 Tons of Baled Meadow Hay

c) Place of delivery: Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Anatolian Wonderland Zoo Warehouse d) Duration/delivery date: The materials subject to the tender will be delivered within 90 (ninety) days from the start date of the contract. e) Start date of the work: The work will start 1 (one) day after the signing of the contract.

4- Eligibility criteria and required documents for participation in the tender and criteria for qualification assessment: 4.1. Bidders must submit the following documents and qualification criteria, as well as non-price elements, within the scope of their e-bids. 4.1.2. Information indicating the authority to submit a bid; 4.1.2.1. For legal entities, information regarding the officials in charge of the management of the bidders, as well as information about partners and their share ratios (excluding publicly traded shares)/members/founders, will be obtained from EKAP by the administration. 4.1.3. Offer letter in the form and content specified in the Administrative Specification. 4.1.4. Temporary guarantee information specified in the Administrative Specification. 4.1.5. The entire or part of the procurement subject to the tender cannot be subcontracted.

Bidders must submit their offers in the form of unit prices, calculated by multiplying the quantity of each item of work by the unit prices proposed for these items. A unit price contract will be signed with the bidder who is awarded the tender.

Bidders must provide a temporary guarantee in an amount determined by themselves, which shall not be less than 3% of the bid amount.

The validity period of the offers is 60 (sixty) calendar days from the tender date.
